Abstract

Abstract : In the university environment, students are interested in part-time work. However, the working condition has not sufficiently provided yet. Departments and units of the National University of Mongolia have jobs that are tailored to students’ skills and time, but it is difficult to hire students due to the lack of unified regulations. In addition, students who are interested in working part-time in internships in their field of specialization do not always work due to the lack of specific mediation arrangements. Part-time employment of students at universities and internships can have many benefits, including professional skills and employment relationships. Therefore, it is important to look for ways to make the activities of the implementing agency more inclusive by developing internal regulations governing labor relations in the university setting.
