Abstract

Abstract: In modern society which is increased demand of professional workers, one of urgent issues in front of educational field even state is increase number of students who study in the Center of Vocational Training and Industrial and duty to provide labor market with skillful staff. Much effort were made in order to fulfill this duty such as implemented lots of programs, projects, policies and activities which supports vocational education, improved studying environment and equipment, trained teaching staff, specialize them step by step and grant scholarship to the students even foreign investment, project and programs were supported in the field of vocational education and just international organizations were invested worth of 263 million USD. As a result of it, number of students which studying in the Center of Vocational Training and Industrial were increasing in a way but field development not depends on only state support and international organizations. It should be develop on based of efficient multi-cooperation of stakeholders such as government, training organization, students and partner organizations. But core thing which influences in development is the issue of field image and its judgment.
