Abstract

Abstract: Mongolia planning to provide food for all school children, however there has not have enough studies and evaluation for the previous school breakfast and lunch program. Therefore, this article tries to explain the justification of the future study, which is based on perspective of food sociology, especially describing some categories, such as ‘social appetite’ food habbit. Moreover, study will use four different factors of food sociology, namely historical, cultural, structural, critical.
