Abstract

Abstract: In order to develop and test research methodology according to the topic “Social differentiation and social exclusion”, this article summarizes some research papers written by foreign and mongolian sociologists about this topic,  as well as the results of analysis of secondary statistical data. The article presents the concept of social exclusion, its indicators, measurement methods, classification of exclusion, and the results of testing the resource approach in the study of social stratification.
