Abstract

Implementation of the law on church-state relations in the local regions (2015-2023)

The article's introduction stated that as Mongolia moved toward democracy, the legal foundation for the state-church interaction was established in conformity with the new social organization conditions. Based on this, 181 resolutions pertaining to religious organisations that were approved by the Assembly of Representatives of 19 provinces between 2015-2022 were subjected to an inductive content analysis and the findings were reported.
