Abstract

Even though the spiritual world and socio-psychological characteristics of individuals are formed by the above mentioned three determining factors, yet the peculiarly of socio- psychological characteristics of individuals are different and it may depend of conditions of the environment or genotype or activity of individuals.

In his article the problems of mentality are discussed, as they are an essential topic in the current development of our society. To ignore those problems, may cause negative influence in all processes of this reform which is associated which is associated with the misbalance of mentality.
