Abstract

By 1980s, due to the economic stagnation and development decline in Soviet Union which led to the collapse of the system and opened up the new mind set of perestroika, all social spheres and ethical norms has started to change. There were similar influencing factors for the process of ethical norms and judgments shifts in entire socialist countries including Mongolia and Central Asia. As comparing similar and differentiated features among Central Asian nations, clarification of possibilities for integration in the region has been discussed in the article.
