Abstract

The Buddhist knowledge is consisted of the ten sciences the major five and minor five. In the major five sciences have mechanical arts. And from the minor five sciences, one thing comes out which is named to be danced clearly. One of being danced clearly is masked Lamaism temple dance. One of the Buddhism activities is the dance. Why called it such like, the Buddhism be seen a winner, put down the enemies and the Buddhism activities are spreaded. The role of the masked dance is seen with appearance on Lamaism or gods. It is one of the Buddhism activities, but also is one sort of arts. When the masked Lamaism temple dance put into Mongolia from India and Tibet in XVIII century, it has been with specific dances by our talented and skilled Mongolian people. Also, in the specific Mongolian tsam can be danced some heroes on the folk-tales, worshiped ones and there are many tsam dancing in Mongolia with a lot of contents, appearance.
