“МОНГОЛ ХЭЛНИЙ ХЭЛЦ ХЭЛЛЭГИЙГ ХЯТАД ХЭЛНЭЭ ОРЧУУЛСАН БАЙДАЛ” (“Тунгалаг Тамир” зохиолын хятад орчуулгын жишээгээр)

Abstract

      Ch. Lodoidamba, the Mongolian famous writer, wrote his creation named “Tungalag Tamir” in 1954, and it is the best Mongolian novel that artistically described the social and political situations, life style, culture and customs of Mongolians, lived in the early of 20th Century. This novel was translated from Mongolian to Chinese language in 1984 by the Chinese translator Wen Zhonghe. In this article, I have studied on how the local idioms, phrases and metaphors on this novel were translated into Chinese.
